1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, we collect your email address, the contents of your message, your inquiry type, and any name or company information you choose to provide. Please do not include government identifiers, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the form.
Website and security information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request details, and security signals to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and protect the contact form.
Optional analytics. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits, referring websites, general device information, and interactions with the website. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, companies, or message contents to Google Analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries and privacy requests, communicate about potential business relationships, operate and secure this website, diagnose technical problems, understand website use when analytics is allowed, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We use contact-form submissions to address the inquiry you send us. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a public mailing list.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We use providers that support hosting, security, email delivery, and analytics. These providers may process information as needed to perform their services. Contact messages are delivered through Cloudflare Email Service to our Google Workspace business inbox. Cloudflare also provides website infrastructure and bot protection. Its Turnstile service processes security signals such as IP address, browser information, and the website origin to detect bots; Cloudflare also describes its processing to improve bot detection in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
When you allow analytics, Google processes analytics information as described in its Privacy Policy. Our website configuration does not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect safety or legal rights, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer with appropriate protections. Contact-form details are not displayed publicly.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining relevant business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and why it was collected.
To limit repeated submissions and abuse, the contact service temporarily stores submission references, delivery states, message fingerprints, and rotating salted identifiers derived from network addresses. This temporary store does not contain message bodies or plain-text contact details. Records are removed within approximately 48 hours. Our business inbox and email providers may retain correspondence and delivery records separately for the purposes described above.
We use safeguards intended to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit your message to information relevant to your inquiry.
6. Privacy requests and California residents
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to our processing, you may have rights to request access to personal information, a copy of it, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or restrictions on certain uses and disclosures. California law may also provide rights to opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights.
This website does not sell contact-form submissions or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics is controlled through the choices described above. This statement concerns information collected through this website; a separate service may have its own applicable notice.
To make a request, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.” We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your request or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions, and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
7. International visitors and children
RUUN is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ by location.
This is a business website intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through this website.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
For questions or requests, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.”
